The Martial Arts - an overview of the fighting arts

As you probably know, eBay is an almost incomprehensibly huge online market place and auction site with literally millions of transactions and searches at any given day.

Side note: Before you read on, do remember to have a look at all the free stuff inside 'The Martial Arts Vault'!

There are several reasons why this is such a fantastic place to look for martial arts items, and if you haven't registered yet I suggest you go to eBay and do that right away!

Convenient, fun and addictive:

Is it complicated? Heck, no! Can it be great fun? Oh, yes! Once you have gone through a quick, simple and free sign-up process and won your first auction, you will soon come back for more great deals!

You see, unlike any ordinary store (and by the way, you will find those too), you have so many people with all sorts of experience, reasons, motivations, urges, interests and backgrounds - all tucked together in one gigantic eBay marketplace.

You have people who simply wants to shift one or two items fast to make some room in their garage. Then, you have people who sell one or two items on a regular basis. Of course you have the 'Power Sellers' who do this for a living. You have folks who wants to almost give things away just to get rid of it (things that can be a real treasure to you and I...). There are the eBay stores, and much more.

Beware of the pitfalls:

Like anything online there are some pitfalls. However, I have been buying on eBay for years and have learned that 99.99 percent of everyone there are decent and friendly. If you treat people fair, you will be treated fairly! But of course, just like on Craigslist, there are con artists and scammers lurking.

If you want to be safe, you need to read up on what the site has to say about safe shopping. You will find lots of information about it, all common sense really.

If you would like some personal advice on what to avoid, what to look for, how to searc, wwhich site to use, how to go about winning auctions, when and how to bid for maximum results, using 'Buy Now', paying as little as possible, avoiding the various pitfalls etc. just shoot me an email, and I'll send you a special report I've put together (please, make sure that you request the free eBay buying report and that you don't use a Hotmail address). A small gift to my readers.

Here's an example for you:

Below is a live example of a few martial arts items that are available. You can pick any niche and find new, used, old and antique stuff with a few clicks.

Looking for tips on gift ideas with a martial arts theme? Then why not drop by at my squidoo.com page for a look at martial arts gifts? I would really appreciate you stopping by! And by all means - do feel free to leave a comment or cast a vote!
