In my opininon, free budo articles and short reports is a great way to aquire knowledge about any given topic. There are a couple of reasons for this: 1. There are lots of them (like in more than you can possibly ever have time to read), 2. They are often times free (hey we all like free stuff, right :-), and 3. They can often times be freely (with some prerequisites) distributed to your students, friends, colleagues, listed on your website and the like.

Further down the page you will have a form to submit your free budo articles or free articles about self-defense or martial-arts. These can be about philosophy, background, training, teaching, tips and tricks, drills, using equipment or any other topic you like. Naturally there will be a few simple requirements, but more on that later.

Now, on these pages you will find articles to download and read at you own pace. These free martial arts or self-defense articles can be on any of the topics above, or maybe something else. The possibilities are almost infinite, given the broad scope of our arts... Hang around and we'll see what shows up :-)

 Spread the word!:

If you find anything of interest, you are free to distribute these articles or post them in you e-zine, website or whatever. The only requirement is that you don't change the content in any way, and that you include the authors signature file (sig-file). Anything here will be in secure pdf-format. It is however possible to have us break them up for you, as long as this is done with the explicit written consent of the author. And again: always include the background information of the author. In simple terms this means you must supply the special signature file in the bottom of the article.

Send us your free budo articles here:

Sorry guys! I have had to close down this submission form briefly - due to a really stupid spammer and time-waster, who may actually believe someone takes notice of his childish ramblings :-)
In the meantime, just contact me, and we'll handle submissions manually.

It's a simple form. I'll get in touch with you so that you can send e the article in a word-file, in pdf-format or similar. Please make sure that the article is yours, or that you have the explicite right to distribute it. If in any doubt I can not use it. And finally: All articles must be in English. Some minor spelling errors are quite ok :-)

I will also make a special page where you can submit your free martial arts article directly to us.

Below you will find the various entries as they are being posted. Make sure to come back often an grab your free articles on self-defense and other matters"
