Self-Defense for Women

The issue of self-defense for woman is oddly enough still like waving a red flag in the face of many people. And I'm talking of both genders here folks... Yep, even some women are opposed to the idea. Now, some of this opposition I can relate to and understand, like the pacifist views held by some people.
